Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive your coffee opened or damaged, please refuse delivery of the merchandise, then contact us at (800) 909-9807 to report the problem. We will get your coffee delivered to you in good condition.

If after accepting delivery, you realize you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at (800) 909-9807 or info@fairtradecoffee.org.
We will send you a replacement or issue you a refund once the returned item reaches us. We will not charge you any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. For complete instructions on returns, see our Returns policy page.
