Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive your coffee opened or damaged, please refuse delivery of the
merchandise, then contact us at (800) 909-9807 to
report the problem. We will get your coffee delivered to you in good
condition.
If after accepting delivery, you realize you have received a damaged or
defective product, please contact us immediately at (800) 909-9807 or info@fairtradecoffee.org.
We will send you a replacement or issue you
a refund once the returned item reaches us. We will not charge you
any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. For
