Ground Shipping Charges
We ship our ground packages
using UPS or USPS priority mail
UPS Rush Delivery
If you need your order by a
specific date, please call us at (800) 909-9807 or email us at
info@fairtradecoffee.org to request rush delivery. We’ll tell you the
availability of the item(s) you want to order and what the costs are for UPS
overnight, two day or three day delivery.
Additional Shipping Charges
Special delivery requests often require shipping methods other than standard
ground delivery. For instance, if you require a rush delivery, shipments sent to
more than one address or a rush on part of your order, additional shipping costs
will apply. Those additional shipping charges are based upon the weight of your
order and the actual cost of the service you request. Additional shipping and
handling charges are non-refundable.
Order Processing
Orders are processed for shipment Monday through Friday.
Canceling Orders
If you need to stop an order that has not already been shipped, we may be able
to cancel it. To do so, please call us immediately at (800) 909-9807 or email us
at
info@fairtradecoffee.org However, if your order has already been shipped, we
will be unable to cancel it.
Arrival times
UPS Domestic Ground Shipping
Shipments normally arrive five to seven (5-7) business days after your order
has left our warehouse. All UPS orders are shipped and delivered Monday through
Friday and they do not deliver to post office boxes. If you have any questions,

Priority Mail Shipping
USPS mail normally arrives within two to five (2-5) days after your order has
left our warehouse. All USPS orders are delivered Monday through Saturday. If
you have a post office box address, your package will automatically be shipped
priority mail. If you have any questions, please call one of our Customer Care

UPS Overnight and Second Day Air Shipping (continental United States only)
Depending on your selection, your shipment will normally arrive one (1) or two
(2) business days after your order has left our location (weekends and holidays
excluded). All UPS orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only.
Someone must sign to receive a rush delivery shipment. UPS does not deliver to post office boxes.
Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change the delivery address on an order, please call us
immediately at (800) 909-9807 or email us at
info@fairtradecoffee.org However, if
your order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery
address.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on total merchandise plus handling charges for orders
delivered to New Jersey. For more information about the collection of Sales Tax
