Forms of Payment
Fair Trade Coffee Company online accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa
credit cards. Debit cards issued by MasterCard or Visa are also accepted. We do
not accept checks, money orders, CODs or for online orders. If you wish to
pay by check or money order you must mail us your order.
Credit Card Charges
Fair Trade Coffee Company will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card
immediately following the point of purchase online or over the phone. If there
is a problem securing this authorization, you will be notified and asked to
make corrections. Once we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order
will be processed. Upon shipment of your order, your credit card will be
charged.
Amount of Credit Card Charges
When you place your order online or over the phone, you will be presented with
the price of the merchandise as well as any service, shipping, or sales tax
charges that are applicable. You will be charged sales tax if your order is
being delivered to New Jersey. Immediately following receipt of your order, you
will be sent an order confirmation via email. For this reason, you must make
sure that your email address is typed correctly. This email will include an
itemized list of all the charges associated with your order.
No Email Confirmation of Charges was Received
If you do not receive your order confirmation within twenty-four hours of
placing your order, there might be a delay on the web due to traffic or other unforeseen
causes.
