Returns

Fair Trade Coffee Company is known for outstanding quality, value and service. We guarantee that every item we sell will give you complete satisfaction or you may return it within one week of receipt for a full refund. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, except in the case of defects or freight damage. Credit from your return will be applied to any new order. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of manufacturer's defects. If you cancel your order, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded if the item has already shipped from Fair Trade Coffee Company.

Returning a Purchase
Please mail your purchase back with the return form and use the return label included with your shipment. It can take up to 15 business days once we receive your return package for your return to be credited or an exchange made (see Satisfaction Guarantee.) please be sure that the return label is clearly displayed on the outside of your package. It is helpful if you include your name, address and daytime phone number so that if necessary, we can contact you. If you no longer have the return form, please send your package prepaid and insured to the following address:
